Pack Your Items
Securely place the unused organic products in their original shipping box or a similar eco-friendly mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed within 7-10 business days.
